Innovative Benefit Solutions is an employee benefits and consulting firm in Wisconsin. Founded in 1995, we serve employers and group purchasing entities of all sizes.

We know employee benefit programs encompass your company’s second largest reoccurring cost outside of payroll. Shouldn’t you have the most sophisticated team of benefits and human resource professionals advising you on how to best structure and manage that program?

We have gained our reputation from years in the employee benefit business as being on time, on budget, detail oriented, and hard working.

We believe being in long-term partnerships with our clients, not just suppliers of product. Any agency, broker, or consultant can offer a menu of services purchased off the rack. What we do is far more complete.

We believe in creating solutions and communications that make something happen within your organization. Of course, we realize there is always something risky about change.
