Innovative Benefit Solutions is an employee benefits and consulting firm in Wisconsin. Founded in 1995, we serve employers and group purchasing entities of all sizes.

We know employee benefit programs encompass your company’s second largest reoccurring cost outside of payroll. Shouldn’t you have the most sophisticated team of benefits and human resource professionals advising you on how to best structure and manage that program?
